What is the difference between epoxy and polyurea flooring?
Epoxy hardens into a rigid, glass-like surface that can crack and delaminate when concrete moves or settles. Polyurea stays flexible after curing, allowing it to stretch and move with the concrete's natural expansion and contraction. This flexibility helps polyurea maintain a stronger, longer-lasting bond to the concrete substrate, making it an ideal choice for garage floor coating compared to brittle epoxy coatings. What is the average cost of a concrete coating?
The cost of concrete coating varies significantly based on the size and scope of your project. Factors like surface preparation requirements, coating type, square footage, and site conditions all impact pricing. Whether you’re considering a garage floor coating or another application, we provide free estimates after evaluating your specific project to give you accurate pricing tailored to your needs. How do I maintain my concrete coating?
There is zero maintenance required. All you need is soap and water, making garage floor coating one of the easiest surfaces to keep clean! How far will you travel?
